Village Laguna and Laguna Beach Historic Preservation Coalition board member Verna Rollinger's letter attempts to distance Village Laguna from their lawsuit against the Kirby home and distract from the issue at hand, while Historic Architecture Alliance member (and the one neighbor who objected to the Kirby project) Dennis Sundman offers no new information or opinions on the matter, but hopes to garner sympathy for his cause, which he has lost repeatedly throughout the Design Review process and the unanimous approval of the Kirby project by City Council.
